environment, a good number of these due to
stress have quit school. Factors that influence stress: 1) Upcoming test 2) Homework 3) Assignments 4) Parents high expectations 5) Living up to your own expectations( hoping for a good cumulative grade point) 6) Bullying and(or) sexual harassment 7) Personal limitations. Basically one or more of the listed factors
above contribute to your being stressed up at
school. Be it as it may, you can’t expect to
make it through school without having to
deal with some kind of stress. In respect to
that, the only solution on how to cope with stress is learning how to manage stress
effectively. 1) Identify the cause of your stress as listed
above
2) Shun procrastination (do all assignments as
at when due).
3) Read daily irrespective of the duration so
as to reduce stress during examination period.
4) Know your limitations and live within it
5) Set reachable goals (if you know you’re on
the average academically then don’t put up
unnecessary stress trying to get the highest
CGPA but always make room for improvements.
Finally remember you’re a step ahead of
archiving academic excellence, this is not the
time to neither quit nor lag behind.
Have a positive view of stress as it would
yield success beyond your imagination. And while you attain greatness make sure your not
