Since wars begin in the mind, it is the minds of men that the defences of peace must be constructed.#UNESCO Constitution 1945 (9)
poser:
How can we as humanity construct the defences of peace in the minds/hearts of men?
I think with the advent of innovative technologies, the social media/cyberspace will be a veritable tool to accomplish this task. Wherein, all and sundry will be involved;owing to the ever available Personal Cyber Power (PCP) in the digital world. No one person should be left out in this task, no one person should be indifferent, as it requires a collective action to construct the defences of peace in the minds/hearts of men.

Seems to me it "should be self evident" that all social media users have the PCP to make a contribution to initiate  a world peace viral narrative to counter the social media hatred propaganda of Radical Islam. Also, need authoritative political- interfaith religious scholars to educate usall on the common tenets of Judaism-Christianity-Islam, especially the "golden rule." versus the false and ignorant hatred propaganda of Radical Islam. Cyberpeacefare is a means to this end (preaching to the choir).

Transactionalism and U.S. Foreign Aid

A draft of a new presidential directive on American foreign aid suggests that transactionalism will shift from being a rhetorical device to an actual defining principle. How will the continued departure from the pre-2016 bipartisan consensus impact the foreign aid community?
