Tell everyone a little about yourself and what you hope to gain from the Global Ethics Network.
I study human rights, globalization, and transnational activism. My latest book is The Global Right Wing and the Clash of World Politics (Cambridge UP, 2012). I have also published The Marketing of Rebellion: Insurgents, Media, and International Activism (Cambridge UP, 2005), which won the International Studies Association Best Book Award, and the International Struggle for New Human Rights (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2009), as well as articles in political science, law, and policy journals. In joining the network, I look forward to learning about new initiatives on the scholarship and teaching of global ethics and rights.
