Opposition

Opposition to the prosperity of downtown, along the canal, still the slums on the path of urbanization. Rotting wooden houses, cramped, surrounded by garbage, covered in stench ... as the lives of tens of thousands of households in the black water channels in District 8, Saigon, Vietnam. According to the plan, from now to 2020, the city government will relocate and reorganize the lives of more than 20,000 homes along the water channels in order to embellish and urban development.
